The lifespan of a urea hose is not fixed; it depends primarily on vehicle usage and maintenance. Ideally, the urea hose can last as long as the vehicle itself, but its actual lifespan is affected by several factors.

First, using inferior urea can lead to impurities inside the hose. This not only increases the risk of urea system blockage but can also cause urea to crystallize in the exhaust pipe, thus shortening the hose's lifespan. Second, poor or malfunctioning nozzles can also cause urea system blockage, further damaging the hose.

Furthermore, the vehicle's operating conditions significantly impact the urea hose. If the vehicle is frequently under high load and operates for extended periods, the working pressure on the urea hose increases, and the flow of internal chemicals becomes more frequent, accelerating aging and wear. Conversely, if the vehicle is used less frequently and in a milder environment, the urea hose's lifespan may be longer.

Environmental factors are equally important. In high-temperature environments, the material properties of urea tubing may change, leading to a decrease in its flexibility and corrosion resistance. In cold regions, low temperatures may cause the liquid inside the urea tubing to freeze, and the resulting expansion could rupture the tubing.

Vehicle maintenance also significantly impacts the lifespan of urea tubing. Regular comprehensive maintenance, including checking the urea system's seals and cleaning scale buildup inside the tubing, can effectively extend its lifespan. If maintenance is neglected, urea tubing may fail prematurely due to the gradual accumulation of minor problems.
