When selecting an EGR valve, pay close attention to the following parameters:
Flow Rate Range: It must match the engine displacement (e.g., a 3.0L diesel engine typically requires an EGR valve with a flow rate of 150-300 kg/h);
Response Time: High-end models can reduce the response time to less than 10ms to meet transient operating conditions;
Durability: High-quality EGR valves must pass more than 100,000 switching cycles, and the valve body material must be resistant to high-temperature corrosion;
Electromagnetic Compatibility: It must comply with electromagnetic interference standards such as ISO 11452 to ensure stable operation in complex electrical environments.
